The World Bank will host a side event in the frame of the UN Water Conference themed "Scaling Urban WSS Services through Data Culture: from Data to Action (the New IBNET) " on 22 March.
The session will consist of a discussion around data culture and the use of KPIs data and Management Practices to inform decisions to improve water supply and sanitation services (WSS) delivered by utilities.
Panelists representing the stakeholders from utilities, regulatory bodies, and development organizations will share their insights on challenges and opportunities related to using data for decision making in the WSS sector.
The event will introduce the New IBNET, and a presentation of its partnership model as a mechanism for engagement, experience-sharing on existing partnerships, as well as a platform to generate new partnerships.
