On June 12, the kick-off Workshop of the fourth cycle of the Utility Benchmarking Program in the Ukrainian Benchmarking Hub will take place in Kiev.

The training workshop will be attended by 26 representatives of Ukrainian water utilities, which are participating in the program. Philip Weller, the Head of Technical Secretariat of IAWD, will join the workshop virtually to make and openning speech and to congratulate the workshop participants.

During workshop the representatives of the participating utilities will be familiarized with the purpose, structure and objectives of the Utility Benchmarking Program and will be trained to use the software including the data entry system and reporting system online. 

In addition, a Competitive Grant project supported by the Danube Water Program will be presented by the grant receiving institution CE "Ivano-Frankivskvodoekotekhprom". Representatives of this utility will share their experiences in implementing the grant project "Implementation of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001: 2015 to improve the level of customer service" and announced the planned workshop.
