At Long Last: The Voice of the Danube Web is online!

Users of iawd.at, danube-water-program.org, d-leap.org and danubis.org have long experienced redundancies navigating this “organically grown” web landscape of four webs serving one and the same community with information and services related to one and the same topic. This structure had grown in lockstep with the rising success and importance of the International Association of Water Service Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area, its initiatives and programs.

But well aware that the purpose of web platforms is to serve their users, the IAWD decided to comprehensively rethink, rebuild and relaunch its web landscape.

“We are glad to announce that from now on, water service sector professionals will find every relevant information and service in one place”, says IAWD President Walter Kling: “Voice of the Danube is the full-spectrum platform for the water service sector in the Danube region.”

The new Voice of the Danube web delivers the content of four webs in one clear structure, including a full event schedule, latest water-related news, business and career opportunities, a comprehensive collection of reports, studies and background information in the Danube Library, and vital services like Benchmarking and D-LeaP capacity building support in the Danube Toolbox.

To access the full spectrum of services, readers need to complete a registration form. Registered reader status is cost-free and carries no obligations whatsoever. The Voice of the Danube community welcomes everybody who is professionally or privately interested in the water service sector of the Danube region and invites you to register now.
