The 1st Danube Hub Benchmarking Workshop, organised by IAWD in cooperation with the Regional Waterworks of Montenegro Coastal Area, took place in Montenegro on March 21-23, 2018. The Danube Hub offering Benchmarking to utilities in the Danube region used this opportunity to discuss the results of the international benchmarking reports. The workshop took place back-to-back with the World Water Day in Montenegro. 

Next to an intensive workshop program, the event offered a variety of side events. Unfortunately, the trip to the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Nikšić had to be cancelled due to the extreme weather conditions, but included a boat tour as well as two conference dinners for networking.
