The Compendium covers good practices and lessons learned of the response of local governments and public utilities companies of six Western Balkans economies in the provision of water and sanitation services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Compendium, prepared in the frame of Analysis 1, focuses on identifying, collecting and systemising good practices and lessons learned of the responses by the LGs and PUCs of 6 Western Balkans economies in the provision of water and sanitation services (WSS) during COVID-19 pandemic. It is primarily intended for managers/practitioners working in the field of WSS and policy makers engaged in facilitating and coordinating CD initiatives in the Western Balkans to support the LGs and their PUCs to improve their response to the crisis plan for recovery in the post – COVID-19 period.
