The Position Paper "Closing the Loop: Water as a Strategic Resource for the Circular Economy Act and Competitiveness," calls for water to be placed at the heart of the forthcoming EU Circular Economy Act, emphasising water reuse, nutrient recovery, and the creation of water-smart industrial ecosystems.
