This document is intended for use by government agencies in order to assist them in incorporating climate-related risks and opportunities in the pre-structuring phase of water supply infrastructure projects procured through PPPs. The toolkit complements the World Bank Group’s Climate Toolkits for Infrastructure PPPs (CTIP3)4 (the “Umbrella Toolkit”) by providing step by-step instructions on how to apply its provisions to PPPs related to water supply infrastructure.
