The Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs (BMEIA ), the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) and the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU) organize the 5th Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) Water Day.

The event, scheduled for 3 April 2024, will be hosted at BOKU University, offering an exclusive opportunity to observe a practical application of science in the context of development cooperation. The theme chosen for this year’s Water Day is based on the theme of the United Nations’ Water Day, held annually on 22 March, and will focus on "Leveraging Water for Peace".
