The overall objective of the Services is to strengthen water resources management and build capacity for planning and implementing environmental and climate-related actions in the Sava River Basin. This Assignment specifically aims to provide targeted technical assistance.

The Consultant should have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in water resources planning and management, including the preparation of strategic documents at national, regional, or transboundary levels.
