The World Bank is seeking an individual consultant to provide support to MARD/PMT in monitoring the civil works and supervising contracts related to the Project and to ensure that all activities in civil works and supervision services are as per the WB/contract standards.

The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering degree focused on hydrotechnics or hydraulics, with 8+ years of experience in design, monitoring, or resident engineering for water supply, sewerage, and irrigation projects. Proficiency in FIDIC and World Bank contract management, strong technical writing, and fluency in Albanian and English are required.
