The overall objective is to develop a Trainer’s Guide for the D-LeaP Asset Management program, using the Trainer’s Guide for the D-LeaP Water Safety Planning and Crisis Management Program (WSP) as a model, and following both the RCDN quality standards and D-LeaP standards.

For the realization of the assignment, one association of water utilities in the Danube region will be engaged. IAWD intends to engage and directly contract an association which has the most experience with the implementation of the Asset Management D-LeaP program, without public announcement.
