In the frame of its activities under the Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN), IAWD is seeking a consultant to facilitate and moderate Young Water Professionals' Peer Exchange from all six non-EU Western Balkan countries. Additionally, the consultant will mentor and guide the group in conducting a position paper.
