IAWD (International Association of Water Service Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area) is seeking a team of two consultants to conduct a project development workshop, guide and draft a project proposal for a joint project with NALAS (Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South East Europe). 

The consultants should (i) identify open calls for (EU funded) projects, (ii) conduct a minimum of two exchanges in a form of project development workshops for IAWD and NALAS (minimum one in person) (iii) advise and mentor IAWD and NALAS on developing project proposals and (iv) draft one project proposal for a joint project for IAWD and NALAS.

Objectives of this assignment are to provide expert support in the form of project development workshops, follow-up mentoring sessions and the development of a joint EU project proposal for IAWD and NALAS.
