The Water Security (WAT) Research Group, within the IIASA Biodiversity and Natural Resources (BNR) Program is looking to recruit  a research scholar in global and regional scale hydrological and water resources modeling for the newly granted SOS-Water and SWAQ-Uganda projects.

The successful candidate will work on developing the in-house open source hydrological and water resources model, Community Water Model and designing the state-of-the-art sectoral and cross-sectoral indicators to assess future hydro-meteorological risks (e.g., flood, drought, water scarcity).
