The project “Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation Services” aims at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the water utilities in the Western Balkans.

In the frame of the RCDN project IAWD is seeking a consultant for the development and implementation of an awareness raising communication campaign, among the consumers and stakeholders in the Water Service Sector, in the Western Balkans. The time frame of the engagement is limited, and the campaign should be developed and implemented until July 2022.
